Richard W. Laubenstein joined the firm in 1986. He received his Bachelor's Degree with honors from Concordia College, River Forest Illinois in 1983, where he served on the Student Advisory Board. Richard received his law degree from Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago-Kent College of Law with honors in 1986. At law school, he was a member of the International Law Moot Court team and received an award for accounting. His practice areas include loan documentation, secured transactions, mechanics' lien disputes, commercial and residential real estate transactions and general civil litigation.
