Christopher S. Nudo graduated from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska in 1989, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Marketing. In 1993, he received his Juris Doctor Degree, with Honors, in the area of Sales and Negotiable Instruments from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Christopher's practice focuses on estate planning, transactional law, loan documentation and real estate. His estate planning practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, business succession, family planning, tax avoidance. Christopher's' transactional law practice includes the buying and selling of residential and commercial real estate, the drafting and review of leases, and the starting, maintaining, selling and purchasing of all types of business entities. Christopher's loan documentation practice includes the review and drafting of loan documents. His past representation includes loan documents for private parties, who are making or receiving loans, as well as small and large banks and the representation of their loan departments.

Additionally, Christopher has represented banks that use Laser Pro® documentation software to either supplement that documentation or review those loan documents for accuracy. Finally, Christopher works with not-for-profit ministries, churches and companies and assists them in all areas of business, including 501(C)(3) qualification. Christopher S. Nudo is a member of Harvest Bible Chapel and attends the Rolling Meadows campus. He is an active advisory member of the Harvest Christian Academy School. His practice has assisted many Christian ministries. Christopher welcomes phone calls from all areas of legal concerns and is always open to helping.
